From Soho House Tokyo and Soho House Los Cabos to upcoming Soho House locations planned for New York, Palm Springs, Sonoma and Europe, Soho House is continuing to expand its global footprint. Here are the new Soho House openings in 2026 and the destinations to keep on your radar in 2026 and beyond.
Few private members’ clubs have built a global identity quite like Soho House. What began on London’s Greek Street in 1995 has evolved into an international network spanning major creative capitals, beach destinations and countryside escapes.
In 2026, that footprint is getting even bigger, with new Soho House openings and additional locations planned across the United States, Mexico, Europe and beyond.
Soho House Tokyo
The biggest Soho House opening of 2026 has already arrived.
Soho House Tokyo officially opened on April 6 in Aoyama, marking the brand’s first location in Japan and its 50th club globally. Spread across four floors, the House includes 42 bedrooms, club spaces, restaurants, a wellness studio and a rooftop pool.
Its arrival gives Soho House a major new presence in one of Asia’s most influential fashion, art, food and design capitals, making Tokyo one of the most significant new Soho House locations in 2026.
Soho House Los Cabos
Later in 2026, Soho House is heading to Mexico’s Baja peninsula with Soho House Los Cabos, one of the most anticipated new Soho House openings of 2026.
Located in Cabo del Sol, the property is set to lean heavily into the resort side of the Soho House experience. Plans include a Beach Club, 15 bedrooms, Cecconi’s, Sunset and Cabaret Bar and a full Soho Health Club with a pool, gym and advanced wellness offerings.
Following Soho House Mexico City’s 2023 debut, Los Cabos represents another major step in the Soho House expansion across Mexico.
Soho Farmhouse Hudson Valley
The Soho Farmhouse concept is also crossing the Atlantic as part of Soho House’s growing pipeline of upcoming Soho House locations.
Planned for a 250-acre former working farm in Rhinebeck, New York, Soho Farmhouse Hudson Valley will bring the countryside model popularized by the original Oxfordshire property to Upstate New York.
Plans call for restored 19th-century buildings, bedrooms, restaurants, hiking, cycling and extensive spa and wellness experiences.
Soho Desert House Palm Springs
California is getting another new Soho House location with Soho Desert House Palm Springs.
Set in the Coachella Valley overlooking the San Jacinto Mountains, the future property is expected to include 17 bedrooms, members’ spaces and a Soho Health Club anchored by an enormous 185-foot pool.
The desert location could become particularly relevant around the region’s calendar of music, art and design events and represents another major step in the wider Soho House expansion.
Soho Ranch House Sonoma
Soho House is also looking toward California wine country with another of its planned upcoming Soho House locations.
Soho Ranch House Sonoma will introduce the brand’s first Ranch House concept, with 50 cottages and villas overlooking vineyards. Plans also include restaurants, club spaces, a central courtyard, a Soho Health Club and two pools.
It represents another evolution of Soho House beyond the traditional urban members’ club.
Soho House Flatiron
New York is getting what Soho House says will eventually become its largest House in the city.
Planned for Manhattan’s Flatiron neighborhood, Soho House Flatiron will include bedrooms, club spaces, a rooftop terrace and an expansive Soho Health Club featuring fitness studios, an advanced gym and wellness treatments.
Construction is expected to begin after 2026 as Soho House builds toward its next phase of New York expansion, making Flatiron one of the most notable future Soho House locations in New York.
New Soho House Locations in Milan, Madrid and Beyond
The Soho House expansion pipeline doesn’t stop there.
Soho House has confirmed future Houses in Milan and Madrid, alongside longer-term plans that include Lisbon, Tuscany, Sydney, Melbourne, Goa and Delhi.
Milan’s future six-floor House is planned with more than 50 bedrooms, a rooftop pool and terrace, gym and courtyard, while Madrid’s seven-floor property will bring Soho House to the Chueca neighborhood with its own rooftop pool.
Soho House Is Expanding Its Global Footprint
The next chapter of the Soho House expansion looks noticeably different from its early urban-club model.
Tokyo strengthens its presence in Asia. Los Cabos pushes further into destination hospitality. Hudson Valley, Palm Springs and Sonoma expand the idea of what a “House” can be entirely.
For members—and anyone watching the evolution of luxury hospitality—the new Soho House openings of 2026 and beyond point toward a brand increasingly built around not just where people live, but where they travel, work, socialize and escape.
